EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

Glass in Flight 2 at Leu Gardens
February 3 – May 5

Experience an amazing outdoor sculpture exhibit of larger-than-life flying insects hand-crafted into 28 works of art with Dalle de Verre glass and steel. Created by national known sculptor, Alex Heveri, each piece captures the essence of flight. Glass in Flight 2 takes place at Orlando's Leu Gardens and is included with general admission.

Orlando Boat Show

April 5 - 7

The Marine Industry Association of Central Florida (MIACF) presents the Orlando Boat Show for a three-day event on April 5, 6, and 7, 2024 at the Orange County Convention Center, North Hall B. The highly anticipated show features 19 of Central Florida's top boat dealers representing more than 80 manufacturers with approximately 400 boats on display.


Maitland Jazz and Blues Festival

April 5 - 6

The 2024 Maitland Jazz and Blues Festival will bring together an eclectic mix of soulful music from some of the best local and touring artists April 5 and 6 on Independence Lane. The city’s biggest music event of the year features 12 bands on two stages along with great food and drinks, crafts and vendors and lots of kids activities. General admission is free.


Neon Club

Bike To Work Day 2024
April 5

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer will pedal into work, as part of the city’s annual tradition of hosting Bike to Work Day events. Riders will meet at 7 am at the SoDo Shopping Plaza, then head out at 8 am on a police-escorted group ride through the streets of downtown to City Hall.  A Bike to Work Day celebration will be set up at City Hall Plaza for downtown workers to learn more about the city’s bike projects and connect to local organizations.

Orlando Science Center Viewing Party

The Orlando Science Center is hosting a solar eclipse viewing party. If the eclipse is not visible in our area due to cloud cover or weather conditions, don't worry! Orlando Science Center will also be live-streaming the view from other locations within the Science Center. Plus, the'll have out-of-this-world programming to help you explore and celebrate the solar eclipse.


Orange County Regional History Center & Orlando Public Library Solar Celebration

The Orange County Regional History Center and the Orlando Public Library are hosting a “sun”-sational gathering! SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo

Mark your calendars for aviation’s season opener during the 50th Annual SUN ‘n FUN Aerospace Expo in Lakeland. The expo has grown into one of the largest and most successful aviation events in the world.

Popcorn Flicks in the Park

The Wizard of Oz. This film is a part of the Popcorn Flicks in the Park series, which takes place in Central Park, Winter Park once a month and it’s FREE and open to the public! These films are presented with open captions.


Ocoee Music Fest
April 12 - 13

The free festival features a star-studded lineup including rocker Bret Michaels and country star Michael Ray. Over 40,000 people are expected at this year's Ocoee Music Festival to enjoy awesome music, plus an array of festival food, carnival rides for the kids, a unique marketplace, car show, beer garden, and a marketplace with local artisans and craft vendors. The event is free and everyone is welcome to attend, with the festival taking place at Bill Breeze Park.

The Great Duck Derby at Mead Garden

The famous duck race is a local springtime tradition that has had participants of all ages cheering on their colorful rubber ducks for many years. Earthday Birthday

Cypress Gardens Water Ski Show

16th Annual Winter Park Paint Out

April 21 - 27

Twenty-four professionally-acclaimed plein air artists will paint at the Polasek Museum and at other locations throughout Winter Park and Orlando. Art lovers are invited to watch the artists at work and attend free painting demonstrations. Works will be on display as soon as they are completed and dropped off at the museum’s wet room. ALL artwork created during the week will be available for purchase with a portion of the proceeds going to support the Museum.

The 62nd Apopka Art and Foliage Festival will be held at Kit Land Nelson Park in Apopka. This FREE festival showcases the work of juried artisans and crafters, and top foliage growers from Central Florida. There will be music, food, a wine and beer garden, and a kid zone.


Hannibal Square Heritage Center Folk & Urban Art Festival

April 27

The Folk & Urban Art Festival celebrates Central Florida's richly diverse culture through live musical entertainment and the artwork of select folk and urban artisans. Activities include The Hannibal's Trek: Let's Go Trekking through Shady Park for kids, storytelling, K2 Mobile Unit, Black History Trivia and more. Admission is free. Located in Shady Park across from Hannibal Square Heritage Center.


Mount Dora Blueberry Festival

Mount Dora Blueberry Festival features local Blueberry Farms selling berries freshly picked from their farms along with fresh blueberry products. Crafters, live music, pancake breakfast, blueberry beer, wine and a blueberry pie eating contest will also be featured at this FREE event.

Join Old Town in Kissimmee every Saturday and take a trip down memory lane. The free Old Town Classic Car Show has been a local tradition for over 30 years, it is one of the premier weekly car shows in Central Florida. The Car Show begins at 1 pm and includes show-quality 1985 and older hot rods, street rods, and antiques. Cars cruise at 8:30 pm.
