Orlando Museum of Art is hosting two exciting events this weekend, perfect to recharge before the full force of the holidays begin.
The craziness of the holidays is upon on and with so much to do, Orlando Museum of Art Is offering everyone a chance to relax, switch off (if only for a little while) and find a genuine moment of zen with two relaxing experiences at the museum this weekend.
On Saturday, Decemnber 7 enjoy Mediation in the Gallery, where you can c your love of art with your desire to hone your mindfulness in a single safe space. Enjoy deep guided mediation as you use the artwork on view to inspire reflection, concentration and inner peace.
Then on Sunday, December 8, relax and enjoy Yoga in the Galleries. Unwind and enjoy a relaxing yoga practice alongside beautiful artwork.

This is a beginner's class taught by Lezlie Laws, Certified Meditation Teacher at Orlando Insight Meditation Group.
