Celebration Pointe with it's retro modern look is really taking shape, anchored by the recently opened Publix, still to come tenants include Fatburger, Slim Chickens and Jeff’s Bagel Run.
The new 16-acre Celebration Pointe which is located at the World Drive interchange in Kissimmee is really coming together, with the new 48,000-square-foot Publix, with its retro modern look now open, with several new tenants getting ready to open soon.
New tenants coming soon to Celebration Pointe include Walgreens, AdventHealth CentraCare, Great Clips, Club Pilates, UPS Store and Le Nails.
Restaurants include Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, Domino’s, Gelato, Huey Magoo’s, NY Bread and Wine & Tapas, plus Fatburger, Slim Chickens and Jeff’s Bagel Run!
The still under construction Celebration Pointe is the brainchild of Orlando's Unicorp National Developments.
Designed by Zyscovich Architects, the look and feel of Celebration Pointe is retro with a modern twist, with buildings utilizing a Mid-Century “Deco Modern” style, with asymmetrical roof lines, pastel color palettes and materials like glass block.
The development is focusing on doing neighborhood retail and dining that really serves the community, a far cry form the original incarnation of the project that would have seen Dave and Busters in the Publix location, and a huge resort, together with a parking garage.
Covid-19 put an end to the original incarnation of Celebration Pointe, with Dave and Busters pulling out of the project at around the same time that Publix wanted in!
Opening in fall/winter the year, Celebration Pointe will welcome Fatburger, Slim Chickens, and Jeff’s Bagel Run.
“We are so excited to bring our delicious bagels and friendly atmosphere to the residents and visitors of Celebration Florida,” says Jeff Perera, co-founder of Jeff’s Bagel Run.
