Fanboy Expo Orlando returns this weekend with Celebrity Guests, Vendors, Entertainment and more

Fanboy Expo returns to Orlando on September 6 - 8, 2024. Taking place at the Orange County Convention Center, this pop culture convention features celebrity guests, comic industry pros, cosplay, vendors, live entertainment and much more!




This year's Fanboy Expo features an impressive selection of celebrity guests, comic guests, and multiple cast reunions.



Special guests this year include David Boreanaz, best known for his role as Angel in Buffy The Vampire Slayer and its spinoff Angel. Many of you also know him for his role as FBI agent Seeley Booth in the long-running comedy/drama series Bones. You can also currently see him as Jason Hayes in the CBS military drama SEAL Team.



More special guests include Rebecca Romijn, best known for her role as Mystique in X-Men Movies 1 and 2 and X-men The Last Stand and X-Men: First Class. John Rhys-Davies, best known for his roles as Gimli from Lord of the Rings and Sallah from Indiana Jonesas well as Sliders, The Shannara Chronicles and dozens of other projects. 


Also attending is Charisma Carpenter, best known for her role as Cordelia Chase in Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel, Amy Acker, best known for her roles in Angel. Person of Interest, Alias, Suits, DOLLHOUSE, and The Gifted and many more, Julie Benz, best known for her role as Darla on Buffy The Vampire Slayer and its spinoff Angel, and Emma Caulfield, best known for her role as Anya on Buffy The Vampire Slayer as well as Sarah Proctor on WandaVision a role she will reprise in the upcoming Marvel series Agatha.



The list of guests goes on with Barbara Eden, best known for her role as Jeannie in I Dream of Jeannie, Dean Cain, best known for his role as Clark Kent in the 1990s series Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and as the host of Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, and Carnie Wilson and Wendy Wilson, from the 90s group Wilson Phillips. They are the daughters of Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys and the founding members of Wilson Phillips whose debut album in 1990 sold more than 10 million copies. The single “Hold On” became a number 1 hit all across the world.



This year's expo will feature multiple reunions, including a very special cast reunion with Peter Ostrum (Charlie), Julie Dawn Cole (Veruca Salt) and Paris Themmen (Mike Teavee) from the 1971 classic Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.


Another reunion will bring together Joyce Dewitt and Priscilla Barnes, who are best known as Janet and Terri from the classic TV sitcom THREE’S COMPANY. Three’s Company ran on ABC from 1977-1984 and was one of the biggest shows on TV in the late 70s and early 80s.


A Roswell Reunion will feature Jason Behr (The Grudge, Supergirls, Dawson’s Creek), Majandra Delfino, and Brendan Fehr (Final Destination, Bones, Disturbing Behavior, CSI: Miami).


Yet another reunion will see Vicki Lawrence (Mama) joined by Allan Kayser (Bubba) and Dorothy Lyman (Naomi) for a Mama’s Family TV reunion. Vicki Lawrence began her career on The Carol Burnett Showand had great success as a comedian and as a singer with her hit The Night the Lights Went Out In Georgia. Then a simple skit called “The Family” became so popular that she got her own series. Most of us know her as Mama from Mama’s Family TV, which ran from 1983-1990
