The T-Rex Cafe at Disney Springs has just discovered a new prehistory-inspired menu featuring colossal eats and drinks that are sure to satisfy the appetites of even the hungriest of dinosaurs.
Geared towards carnivores with mighty big appetites, the hearty Enter Into Extinction menu features five new entrees, and three tasty cocktails.

Entrees
5 all-new entrees have been added to the menu at T-Rex cafe, and they are available now for a limited time only..
APPLE CIDER SALMON
Seared salmon with apple cider glaze, braised purple cabbage with Granny Smith apples, herb roasted potato medley.
HERB CRUSTED T-BONE STEAK
17oz Certified Angus Beef Sirloin T-Bone steak, garlic parmesan baby potatoes, roasted baby carrot medley, wild mushroom-garlic steak butter.
PORK OSSO BUCO
Marinated, slow-cooked pork shank, on a bed of yellow rice, kale and roasted sweet potatoes.
POT ROAST POT PIE
Slow-cooked pot roast, roasted carrots, celery, mushrooms and onion, red skinned mashed potatoes, rich brown gravy topped with an herb crusted biscuit.
CHICKEN & SAUSAGE RIGATONI
Lemon chicken, sweet Italian sausage, mushrooms, kale, onions tossed in sage cream sauce.
Drinks
Part of the Enter into Extinction menu, the three tropical themed alcoholic drinks on offer here are as fun as they are delicious! you just gotta try before they are extinct!
The Bikini Breeze blends Tito's Handmade Vodka, Monin Pineapple Purée, cranberry & fresh lime juices
The Megalodon features Bacardi Limon Rum and Don Q 152 Rum, Absolut Vodka, and DeKuyper Blue Curacao, with grenadine, and sweet & sour, plus a shark topper on top!
The Volcano Rum Punch offers Bacardi Superior Rum as the base. Served in a glass featuring an erupting volcano and a T-Rex, this sweet drink includes Fever-Tree Ginger Ale, pineapple juice, and sweet & sour.

This interactive attraction at Disney Springs includes a full-service restaurant with life-sized animatronic dinosaurs, woolly mammoths and simulated meteor showers, as well as an impressive Octopus Bar with moving tentacles and jellyfish, a dinosaur-themed retail store, and an interactive Paleo Zone—a kids play area with educational kiosks, a Discovery Dig fossil sandpit, and the Discovery Creek water mill where children can pan for precious gems, stones, and fossils.
