The fabulous multi course meal begins with three Ahi Tartare, Roasted Beets & Goat Cheese and Salade Niçoise à Ma Façon courses before a Dragon Fruit Sorbet intermezzo. For the entree, choose between Mixed Grill featuring A5 Wagyu Beef Tenderloin and Espresso Crusted Cervena Venison Rack Chop or Herb Seared Alaskan Halibut before ending the dinner with Chocolate Opus or Hazelnut Praline Petit Gateau.
