Irish Loaded Fries
Housemade corned beef, hardwood-smoked bacon, Guinness braised onions, IPA cheese sauce, green onions, waffle fries.
Pastrami Reuben
Housemade pastrami, swiss cheese, Russian dressing, bacon-braised sauerkraut, marble rye.
Irish Bangers & Mash
Grilled Louisiana hot link, smoked cheddar & horseradish potato puree, caramelized cabbage, Guinness onion gravy.
