Raising Cane’s is expanding its presence in Florida once again, opening the doors to their first Seminole County restaurant in Altamonte Springs
The popular chicken brand known for its chicken fingers, chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and Cain's Sauce, will make its Seminole debut at 780 E. Altamonte Drive on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
To celebrate the opening of the new restaurant, Raising Cane’s is hosting a grand opening celebration at 10am, including a live DJ and a giveaway, where 20 people will win free Raising Cane’s for a year.
“This area has a great mix of suburban charm and urban energy, making it the perfect place for our next restaurant,” Regional Leader of Restaurants Jeremy Sheffield said in statement.
The new Altamonte Springs location increases Raising Canes presence in Florida to 19 restaurants, including Orlando, Kissimmee, Lake Nona and Winter Park.
The restaurant will be open Sunday through Thursday from 10 am to 1 am, and Friday through Saturday from 10 am to 2 am.

Founded by CEO Todd Graves in 1996, Raising Cane’s first opened in Baton Rogue, Louisiana with a menu focused almost exclusively on chicken fingers, fries and coleslaw along with its signature “Cane’s Sauce.”
Customers also have the option to order thick Texas toast, or have the chicken tenders between buns as a chicken tender sandwich.
