Cheers to Brews Around The Zoo returning to Central Florida Zoo on April 8!

The WILDLY popular Brews Around the Zoo fundraising event is returning to the Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens in Sanford this month.

Brews Around the Zoo is one of Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens biggest fundraisers events of the year, and a highlight of the attractions event calendar.

This adult-only celebration gives those 21+ the opportunity to stroll through the Zoo and enjoy adult beverages from 15 different beer stations.

There will be live music, food for purchase, and much more, with Brews Around The Zoo set for Saturday, April 8, from 5 pm until 9 pm.

Brews Around the Zoo in 2023 will feature beer stations from breweries near and far, with over 30 different craft beers, as well as a seltzer station and wine tastings!

Tickets include access to all beer, wine, and seltzer stations around the Zoo.

There will be live entertainment, plus a selection of delicious food will be available for purchase, with official Brews Around the Zoo light-up mugs available for purchase.

“Events like Brews Around the Zoo allow us to do what we do,” Stephanie Williams, zoo director, said in the release. “It’s a win-win. We get to connect with the community through something fun, and we get to raise money to continue our mission of educating people and empowering them to act on behalf of wildlife by sharing these awesome animals.”

General admission tickets is $50 with entry from 5 pm, with early admission tickets costing $70, allowing access to Brews Around the Zoo one hour earlier, beginning at 4 pm..

VIP tickets are also available costing $150 each or $250 for two tickets.

VIP tickets include early access at 4 pm and access to a private VIP Zone with exclusive cocktails and food offerings.

Only those age 21 or above are permitted to attend Brews Around the Zoo, and guests must show a valid ID upon entry.

For guests with mobility issues, manual wheelchairs are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis at the admissions window.

Guests requiring the use of a mobility device also are welcome to bring their own to the zoo.

The zoo will be closed all day on the day of the event, April 8 for event setup.

Brews Around the Zoo takes place rain or shine.
