This year, the event will feature two incredible displays to feast your eyes on:

Caribe Royale North Pole Express – A 32-foot-long railroad train made from 1,600 pounds of chocolate in partnership with Valhrona Chocolate.

Santa’s Magical Flight – A whimsical chocolate display featuring Santa flying in his sleigh with famous reindeer, including Rudolph! Hand-crafted from 2,000 pounds of chocolate, in partnership with Barry Callebaut.

The train is 32-feet long and made up of 1,600 pounds of chocolate. It took two weeks alone just to make the engine because of all the little details!

This year Joshua has added the chocolate work of art, Santa’s Magical Flight - featuring Santa and his 125-pound reindeer. It's stunning, and the details are incredible.
