Spring has arrived, and Cranes Roost Park in Altamonte Springs will once again be blooming with creativity and color as The Uptown Art Expo returns for a three day celebration of the arts, featuring art, chalk and music!
This year's three day, 12th Annual Uptown Art Expo takes place from Friday, March 28 to Sunday, March 30, 2205, featuring over 140 art & fine crafts, chalk street paintings, festival foods & trucks along with live entertainment.
The kick-off concert on Friday features Absolute Queen along with Skin Deep. Saturday features the return of Slippery When Wet – The Ultimate Bon Jovi Tribute, Knightsnake and Skin Deep! Sunday bring your dancing shoes with Franchise Players featuring Andrew Luv.
ART
UpTown Art Expo features over 140 art and fine craft exhibitors, with displays of glass, jewelry, paintings, photography, pottery, sculpture and more all available for purchase.
CHALK
The tradition of street painting is traced back to the 16th century Italy. Witness Chalk Street Artists creating mesmerizing chalk art on the sidewalks of Cranes Roost Park. You can Vote for your Favorite chalk painting with the People Choice Awards!
MUSIC
UpTown Art Expo presents live music all weekend long. VIP seating available in front of the concert stage. Friday featuring Absolute Queen rocking all the classic Queen Hits with Skin Deep!
