Hummus Republic, a California chain offering bowls, pita sandwiches, hummus, and more is currently putting the final touches to its location at 69 Alafaya Woods Blvd.
The new franchised location will be operated by Gadah Aziz, and will offer build-your-own wraps, pitas, and bowls with hummus, protein, and topping options. From vegan to vegetarian and even gluten-free, there will be something for all dietary needs. Prices range between $10 - $20.
Hummus Republic was founded by entrepreneur Nir Giat in California in 2012, and began franchising in 2015.
There are currently multiple locations in California, plus more in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Washington.
In addition to its healthy food including pitas, wraps, bowls, and vegan options, the restaurant prides itself on being sustainable. At Hummus Republic, all the cups, bowls, cutlery, and straws are compostable.
