Sip Fresh, a breakthrough beverage franchise is moving east, with visitors to The Florida Mall being the first in Florida to taste a refreshing, handcrafted drink from the chain.
Sip Fresh, a specialty beverage retail concept, renowned for its vivid displays of fresh-fruit-based juices, teas, and specialty drinks is riding a flavor wave of growth from coast to coast.
Back in February, the California-based Sip Fresh announced a three-unit franchise agreement with Marine Corps veteran Ryan McGrail who plans to bring the beverage concept to Central Florida including Orlando, Tampa and Sarasota.
McGrail and Sip Fresh have now revealed where the first location will open, bringing the specialty beverage concept first to The Florida Mall in Orlando, with plans to open this Winter.
The Tampa and Sarasota locations will follow in 2025.
35-year-old McGrail is looking forward to embarking on his entrepreneurial journey with Sip Fresh, “I’ve always dreamed of owning a business, and now is the time,” said McGrail. “I’m thrilled to spearhead the brand’s growth throughout the region.”

A nod to the brand’s business model, Sip Fresh was recently listed on QSR magazine’s 2023 “40/40 America’s Hottest Startup Fast Casuals” list which recognizes 40 fast casual brands with fewer than 40 locations that are “on the verge of something big. As the brand continues to grow across the nation.
California-based Sip Fresh opened its first store in 2017. The brand’s drinks, like the many ‘Fresh Sips’ and the fan-favorite Cha Cha Chamoy, are fun to share with friends and family – both in-person and via social media. Sip Fresh’s quality products are made to engage the senses: "see it, sample it and sip it up."
