Busch Gardens Tampa Bay teams up with TOMA to serve up iconic Empanadas during Howl-O-Scream

TOMA will be open during Howl-O-Scream event nights starting Friday, September 20; Howl-O-Scream runs now through November 2 after 7 pm.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is excited to announce that it is partnering with TOMA to give guests the opportunity to indulge in the world’s most iconic empanadas. TOMA’s spicy, favor-packed empanadas are scary good and will be available for a limited time during the park’s Howl-O-Scream event.

TOMA was created to share the best of Latin cuisine with the world. It began with Sofia Vergara’s deep-rooted love for Latin food and her son Manolo Gonzalez Vergara’s unwavering passion for cooking. Together with legendary hospitality executive Sam Nazarian they established TOMA, and they for the first time, they are entering the Tampa market with this new offering at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.

“I can’t wait for Toma to be available at Busch Gardens. It’s maybe even more exciting than their roller coasters! Toma is the perfect food for theme parks because it’s handheld, can be eaten quickly and is delicious – the perfect combination,” says Manolo Gonzalez Vergara.

“I am so excited that Toma will be available at Busch Gardens. I know people will love it – it’s fun and delicious food in the perfect, fun setting,” says Sofia Vergara.

On the TOMA menu at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Howl-O-Scream:
