The family-friendly microbrewery and restaurant Big River Grille & Brewing Works will soon be closing the doors forever at Disney's Boardwalk.
Big River Grille & Brewing Works is permanently closing at Disney’s BoardWalk within the Walt Disney World Resort.
Big River has been a popular spot in Walt Disney World, the only brewpub in the resort, known for its burgers and steaks, and it's award-winning, handcrafted beers brewed on the premises, together with an extensive selection of wines, margaritas and specialty cocktails.
The bar and grill is owned by SPB Hospitality, a nationwide chain of steakhouses, breweries and craft-beer focused casual dining restaurants.
SPB operate hundreds of restaurants across 39 states, including Logan's Steakhouse, Krystal, and Old Chicago Piazza & Taproom.
Big River Grille will be closing this Sunday, January 21, 2024. SPB have not given a reason for the closure, or whether they will be opening a new concept in the location.
