The City of Orlando’s Downtown Development Board has announced the extension of the popular Park DTO program through December 31, 2025, or until allocated funding runs out.

This initiative which offers free parking via the ParkMobile app was first introduced during the pandemic, and is designed to encourage residents and visitors to explore downtown, supporting downtown businesses and enhancing the visitor experience.

Whether you’re planning a dinner date, shopping spree, or attending a local event, the program ensures that parking is one less thing to worry about.

As well as announcing that Park DTO has been extended, the Downtown Development Board has revealed that the usage limit per account has increased! You can now use the code "ParkDTO" up to 12 times per account, making parking in downtown a breeze.

How does Park DTO work?

You can enjoy FREE parking at on-street metered and non-metered spaces, via the ParkMobile app while dining and shopping downtown thanks to the Park DTO Program.

Here's how it works:

Get up to 2 hours of FREE parking at any metered and non-metered parking spot in downtown by using the ParkMobile code: ParkDTO. To spread the FREE parking love, you can use the code a maximum of twelve (12) times per account. Download the ParkMobile app now to be ahead of the parking game.

Promotion codes are valid 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Any amount owed in excess of the validated time is the responsibility of the person parking.

What's new with Park DTO?

The 2025 extension of Park DTO comes with a new benefit for users:

Increased usage limit: Customers can now use up to 12 Park DTO codes per account, more than doubling the previous limit.

This change offers more flexibility and convenience for frequent downtown visitors, allowing them to explore more events, restaurants, and shops without worrying about parking costs.

Park DTO Restriction

Park Mobile works with select meters in downtown Orlando. You'll find a zone number listed on a sticker on parking meters. Enter that zone number onto the ParkMobile app to quickly pay for parking.

Once you've downloaded the ParkMobile app, enter the zone number listed on the parking meter signs onto the app to quickly pay for parking. Use the app to pay for parking and extend your parking session remotely. Any amount owed in excess of the validated time is the responsibility of the person parking.
