Allegiant Air is to begin service to and from MCO offering three new routes.
Orlando International Airport (MCO) will welcome new service from Allegiant Air beginning this month, fostering more connectivity with nonstop routes at one of Florida’s premier gateways.
The new routes are
Asheville, North Carolina via Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) – beginning May 3, with one-way fares as low as $48
Allentown, Pennsylvania via Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) – beginning May 16, with one-way fares as low as $64
Knoxville, Tennessee via McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) – beginning May 17, with one-way fares as low as $56
“We are delighted to partner with Allegiant on its new routes to Asheville, Allentown and Knoxville,” said Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA), Kevin J. Thibault. “Those visiting us, and our local residents, will benefit greatly as we continue to fulfill our goal of providing boundless connectivity.”
Allegiant Air will also continue to operate flights to and from Orlando Sanford International Airport , and with the airline now operating at two airports in the Central Florida region, MCO is encouraging passengers to double check their flight departures and arrivals.
All tickets and confirmation emails will say “Orlando International Airport” or “MCO” for flights at Orlando International.
