Spooky season is a big deal in Orlando, and with spectacular theme park events and heart-stopping haunted attractions, Orlando is truly the scary capital of the (under) world during Halloween season.


Here we have brought together all the full on adults only horror experiences, including haunted houses and haunted trails, and whatever goes bump in the night... trust us, you'll find it right here.

Halloween Horror Nights At Universal Orlando Resort

Select Nights August 30 - November 3, 2024

Halloween Horror Nights (HHN) at Universal Studios Florida is huge, its one of the biggest Halloween events in Florida, and features horror of all genres, from cinematic greats and crazed cult favorites to the park’s original abominations, and each year the legend grows and the experience reaches beyond your wildest nightmares.


This year, Halloween Horror Nights 33 emerges from the fog in August, kicking off on its earliest date in the events history, taking place on 48 nights from August 30 through November 3, 2024.


So what should you expect from the popular after-hours event this year? HHN 33 includes10 terrifying haunted houses which as always, features a mix of popular horror franchise based houses, and unique original houses.


The highlight of HHN is of course the twisted haunted houses and his year's headline houses include Insidious: The Further, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, and A Quiet Place, while original houses this year include Major Sweets Candy Factory and The Museum: Deadly Exhibits.


You will also come face-to-face with hordes of taunting scare actors in five all-new scare zones, including Torture Faire and Swamp of the Undead.


Plus, In the midst of the screams, guests can experience a disturbingly entertaining live show, Nightmare Fuel: Nocturnal Circus, and of course it would not be HHN without an all-new Tribute Store, and scary-unique horror themed food and beverage, and so much more.


Multiple ticket options are available, including Single Night Tickets, R.I.P. Tours, Express Passes, and Unmasking the Horror Passes, with tickets including a 6 month Peacock premium subscription.


Single-Night Tickets for Halloween Horror Nights 33 start at $82.99 per person, but vary depending on date.


Howl-O-Scream At SeaWorld Orlando

Howl-O-Scream Orlando is back and this year promises 4 years of spine-tingling fear. Brace yourself for an even more chilling experience with more to SEA than years before- more screams, more terror, more haunts.


The after-hours ticketed event, Howl-O-Scream is returning to SeaWorld Orlando this fall from September 6 to November 2, 2024, and includes 4 new haunted house, 3 new scare zones, 2 new themed bars and more. These fearsome additions join returning favorites for a total of five houses, seven scare zones, and five bars. The only things missing are places to hide!


Deepen the thrill with nighttime coaster rides. Quench your thirst for fear at a fiendishly interactive bar. And feel the monstrous electricity of live shows.


Howl-O-Scream At Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Tampa’s premier Halloween event is back! Busch Gardens Howl-O-Scream returns to Tampa Bay in full force, taking over the entire park with haunted houses, scare zones, sinister shows and more.


This year's after-hours ticketed event takes place on select nights from September 6 - November 2, 2024.


Horror-filled haunted houses are back with a vengeance. New and returning favorite houses await your demise, but the scares don’t stop there. Unspeakable horror lives in every dark corner of the park - there’s nowhere to hide. With frightful scare zones, roaming hoards and Florida’s wildest rides at night, screams await at every turn.


Mortem Manor at Old Town, Kissimmee

Year Round Attraction

Mortem Manor is located at Old Town, Kissimmee. Are you ready to experience Orlando's only year-round haunted attraction?


Journey through Mortem Manor, two floors of an old victorian themed haunted attraction filled with scares, thrills and fun. Featuring live actors, animatronics and state-of-the-art special effects.


Scream-A-Geddon Haunt

If you go down to the woods this spooky season you're in for a horrific surprise... Scream-A-Geddon in Dade City is spread across 20 acres in a remote corner of Pasco County.


The scariest of horror parks, Scream-A-Geddon Horror Park offers five haunted houses, a zombie paintball fight, plus monsters who can and will grab you!


Scream-A-Geddon is only a miserable 1 hour, 30 minute drive from Orlando, and it is so worth it, if you dare....


Haunting Nights Leu Gardens Creative City Project

Select Nights, September 27 - October 31, 2024

Experience an even bigger and spookier Haunting Nights in 2024! An artful Halloween experience featuring immersive worlds; great food and drink; fun fall-inspired experiences; and some unexpected surprises from the forest. A perfectly haunting night out at Leu Gardens.


  • Watch out for Bigfoot on the swampy edges of Lake Rowena.

  • Make it through crazy clowns in the Crazy Carnival.

  • Enjoy hip-hop dancing aliens all night long.

  • Celebrate Dia de Muertos with a margarita and live music.

  • Brave the Minotaur in the Hedge Maze.

  • Hate spiders? Great... we have all sizes - even one that is 12 feet tall.

  • Meet a Gargoyle - flying through the treetops.


It’s a fun night out this fall! This event is recommended for guests 13 and up.


Sir Henry Haunted Trail Plant City

The one of a kind outdoor haunted attraction, Sir Henry’s Haunted Trail is a miniature horror theme park in Plant City, Florida. The attraction, also known as the i4 Fear Park, contains multiple haunted houses (aka haunted trails), escape games, laser tag, food vendors, a gift shop, axe throwing, and a common area that features an ornate centerpiece with wandering scare actors. Each event either features two or three open trails with a different theme or story for each session that the haunt is open. A haunted hayride was also added to the list of offerings in 2023.  


Fear Reach Scream Park Central Florida

Far Reach Ranch in Tavares is home to a terrifying haunted attraction called Fear Reach Scream Park.


Fear Reach Scream Park features 3 haunted attractions, then at Pitchfork Parlor you can enjoy spooky cocktails from the bar and live music featuring a punk/rockabilly band, plus try your hand at axe throwing and carnival games in Dr. Deviant’s Game Emporium!


Dr. Grimley's Haunted Trail located at Sunsational Farms, 40541 Roger Giles Road, Umatilla

Select Nights, Sept. 28 – Nov. 2, 2024

Dr. Grimley's Haunted Trail is located at Sunsational Farms, 40541 Roger Giles Road, Umatilla. This year the’ve expanded to 2 themed trails where the’ll prey upon your deepest phobias with horrific scares designed to unsettle and disorient. Double the trails… double the terror… double the value. And there’s more…From 8 pm until 10 pm each night, both trails will terrify your uneasy soul. But after 10 pm, they turn off the lights and amp up the scares for those brave enough to enter the trails for the “Lights Out” experience with nothing but a tiny hand-held light (provided) to illuminate your way (and any horror that may cross your path…)


That’s 4 total haunt experiences each night for those with enough courage to overcome their fears in both light and darkness.


A Petrified Forest Orlando Haunt

One of the best spooky season scare experiences in Central Florida is a horrifying journey into A Petrified Forest! This terrifying independent outdoor scare trail which is located in the Altamonte Springs area of Orlando is legendary around these parts, and this year features three new trails and more!


A Petrified Forest is a home grown community attraction, offering three intensely horrifying scare trails set in a genuinely spooky forest location covering around 2 acres.


The trails are long, with uniquely themed rooms and awesome scares around every turn.


The annual Halloween event continues to grow ever year, and now offer a whole night out with great music, food concessions, local art vendors, laser tag, backstage tours, and so much more.


The Haunting of River Ranch,

Select Nights, October 4 - November 2, 2024

The Haunting of River Ranch, located at Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo takes guests on new experiences and calls upon the spirits for a witching good time. The Curse of Kicco the Clown continues with a new twist this year, adding even more fright to the festivities. Brave the Haunted Stables before your ride begins and experience a haunted hayride that uncovers a bone-chilling tale never-before-heard at the ranch.


Plus, explore scare zones, indulge in festive food and beverages, strike a pose at spooky photo ops, and dive into the Spooky Adventure Park for a Halloween adventure like no other!


Tales of Terror Lake County

Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, October 11 - 27, 2024

This Halloween season, join Tales of Terror and their band of miscreants as they bring you an 18 + only intensive immersive experience that brings you face to face with your worst nightmares. See if you can escape the terrifying trail and scare zone filled with monsters waiting to add you to their collection of guts and gore. Enjoy spine chilling performances by Circus Inferno. Beat the heat and play with freaks and frights in the Spook N Splash select night party event. Come see all that that goes bump in the night and more, with an extra special experience the last weekend of October, that you'll never forget. Located at Astatula in Lake County.
