$100 Million Racetrack & Auto Attraction, Motor Enclave Tampa Racing To Completion Soon!

A new racetrack is currently being constructed on the West Coast, near the intersection of I-4 and I-75, just east of Tampa, but it's not a rival for the East Coast's Daytona international Speedway.

This brand new racetrack will be for everyone who loves their car, and just wants to get on a track and drive fast without having to worry about getting a ticket!

Motor Enclave Tampa

Motor Enclave Tampa is a huge 200-acre track and auto attraction scheduled to open in March 2023.

The $100 million project includes a 1.6-mile performance driving circuit designed by Formula 1 track architects and engineers with Hermann Tilke, plus a 30-acre off-road experience where drivers can put their vehicles through the rigors they were designed for, over rocks, logs, gravel, formed concrete and steel structures.

Motor Enclave will also be home to 300 trackside private garages, called "car condos." They are sold in the same manner as traditional condos, ranging in price from $225,000 to $600,000, depending on the size of the unit, but if you want one, you have to be quick as only a handful remain.

These condominiums for cars are specially built individual units, and can be outfitted pretty much however the buyer wants.

The condos will be equipped with loft areas and bathrooms designed to host parties or just hang out with your cars all day.

The new motor sports center will also be home to a 35,000-square-foot corporate events center, and a vehicle dynamics pad designed for outdoor and corporate events, car shows, auctions, cars-and-coffee events and swap meets.
